I have been dedicated to the culinary arts since the age of 16, starting my career as a dishwasher. My journey progressed as I moved into preparing pizza and salads, where I discovered my passion for the kitchen. My journey took a significant turn at Loone River, where Chef Ray Hollingsworth mentored me where I gained valuable experience in kitchen management. Over the next 20 years, I continued to broaden my expertise by working at various establishments.
Joining the team of Villa Bella is 2024, I am excited to start this new chapter. The most rewarding part of my role is engaging with residents and enhancing their dining experience.
